Nigeria - Detail engineering for Electrical, Civil & Structural works of 132/33kV Shonga Substation, 132kV Line bay extension at Ganmo Substation and 132kV Igbo Ora Substation of TCN (Job entrusted by Rap Power Industries Ltd., Abuja (Photo is indicative))
1.0 Scope of Work
The scope of work shall include the following design & drawing services for 132/33kV, 2x60MVA Shonga Substation and 2x132kV Line bay extension at existing Ganmo Substation of TCN, Nigeria :
Shonga :
1. Preparation of foundation drawings and design calculations for all support structures of 132kV switchyard equipment.
2. Preparation of foundation drawings and design calculations for all 132kV gantry towers.
3. Preparation of foundation drawings and design calculations for all support structures of 33kV switchyard equipment.
4. Preparation of foundation drawings and design calculations for all 33kV gantry towers.
Ganmo :
1. Preparation of foundation drawings and design calculations for all support structures of 132kV switchyard equipment.
2. Preparation of foundation drawings and design calculations for all 132kV gantry towers.
General scope :
1. GA & RC details of Power Transformer oil pit and foundation.
2. GA & RC details of Oil water separator pit.
3. Civil Design calculation for foundation and oil pit of transformer and Oil water separator pit.
4. Review of 132kV and 33kV Control & Relay panel drawings of Siemens for Shonga and revision of Control cable schedule and interconnection diagram.
