Scope of Services

1.1 The scope of work shall include the following works for the MV and LV electrical system (Substation 1 to 6 and 9 to 13) and various Infrastructure and Buildings of Port Administration Area (CP-13), Coast Guard Terminal (CP-12) and Port Marine Unit (CP-14) of New Port Project, Qatar under NPP-0057 package as indicated in Annexure-II of this offer:

• 1. Load flow study.
• 2. Over current protective device Short circuit and earth fault study.
• 3. Harmonic analysis.
• 4. Protective Relay setting & coordination study.
• 5. Design verification only- for Earthing layout drawings and Lightning protection layout drawings (Design by specialist Earthing & Lightning protection subcontractor M/s. Wallace).
• 6. Earthing calculations and Lightning protection calculations for substations and buildings mentioned in Annexure-II.
• 7. Correction of Earthing and Lightning protection layout drawings of substations and buildings mentioned in Annexure-II, if required.
• 8. MV & LV cable sizing calculations.
• 9. Motor starting study & Motor acceleration analysis, as required.
