Scope of Work :

Tech Systems Limited (TSL), Nigeria has started upgradation work of existing ASABA 330/132/33kV substation of TCN. The present scope includes :

1. Upgrading existing 2x60MVA Power Transformers with 2x100/110MVA, 132kV/33kV Power Transformers,

2. Replacement of 132kV and 33kV bay equipment matching with upgraded Transformer rating of 100MVA.

3. Construction of 1x33kV feeder bay at existing Asaba 330/132/33kV transmission substation.

Satcon shall provide the following design services :

a. Review the site information including site plans and boundaries including considerations of following to optimize the equipment and materials.

b. Visit to concerned Substation sites and collection of information required for Design & Engineering work (on per man day rate basis).

c. Preparation of Basic engineering drawings and calculations such as

i. Main SLD,

ii. Protection and metering SLD,

iii. Switchyard layout plan & elevation.

iv. Layout of control building  

d. Detail engineering drawings for Electrical, Civil, Structural as required in the TCN project BOQ.

e. Short circuit study, Relay co-ordination, Relay setting parameters using ETAP or equivalent softwar

f. Preparation of structural GA drawings of Gantry tower, beam and equipment support structures.

g. Preparation of Design calculations for electrical, civil and structural works.

h. Preparation of Bill of materials for Electrical, Civil, Structural works.

i. Attending meetings with Client in remote online mode for any technical clarifications and approvals.

j. Submission of ‘As Built’ drawings.
