Project Details
Jharkhand - Basic Engineering, Detail Engineering, Procurement Assistance and Vendor drawing review services to Flowmore Ltd., Ranchi for Electrical, Civil, Structural and Substation Automation systems of 132/33kV Outdoor Substation of Jharkhand State Electricity Board (JSEB) at Tamar, Jharkhand.
The project includes preparation of following drawings and design calculations :
1. Survey of the substation plot and preparation of Topographical contour layout drawing.
2. Geotechnical investigation of the substation plot and adjoining area.
3. Protection and metering SLDs of 132/33kV switchyard, 415V LV Switchgear, ACDB, MLDB, ELDB, 220V DCDB, 48V DCDB and Lighting DBs.
4. Switchyard electrical layout, EKD, cable trench layout, DSLP layout, Earthing layout, Lighting layout drawings.
5. Control schematics, interlocking diagrams, terminal plans of BMK, CT & PT JBs.
6. Power and control cable schedule and interconnection diagrams.
7. Civil drawings for two storied control building, store, DG room, security room, all equipment and tower foundations, cable trenches, drain, road, fence, gate, culverts etc.
8. Steel structural drawings for towers, beams and equipment support structures.
9. Substation automation system and PLCC.
10. All electrical, civil and structural design calculations.
11. Bid evaluation and recommendations.
12. Vendor drawing review.
13. Detail engineering drawings (electrical, civil and structural) for 2 km long 132kV D/C Transmission line from nearest tension tower to substation gantry.
