Site visit to PGCIL substation, overhead line route and proposed plot of the New substation to know actual site conditions

2.0

Technical specification (short, in brief), conceptual drawings and BOQ for the 220kV Overhead line (sl. No. 1.2) and 220/132kV New substation (sl. No. 1.3) for construction of these works on EPC Turnkey basis. The BOQ shall be prepared on the basis of preliminary survey drawing and geotechnical investigation report to be provided by IPCL for overhead line route and substation plot.

3.0

Preparation of bankable Detail Project Report (DPR)

4.0

Attending bid clarification meetings (if desired by IPCL) at IPCL, Salt lake office

5.0

For New substation, review and approval of the detail engineering drawings and designs submitted by the EPC Contractor.

6.0

For the Overhead line, review and approval of the following drawings and designs submitted by the EPC Contractor.

7.0

If required in special cases, foundation design and drawings shall be submitted as per soil condition and tower type with extension, if any. The loading data of tower structure shall be provided by the EPC Contractor.

8.0

Review and approval of pre-commissioning test protocol, test reports, preparation of final Pre-commissioning report as per the data given by EPC Contractor certified by IPCL

9.0

Review and approval of commissioning protocol and preparation of final Commissioning report as per the data given by EPC Contractor certified by IPCL

10.0

Handing over of all final approved As built drawings & documents in soft copy based on site mark up drawings certified by IPCL site engineer during actual execution
