Jharkhand - Complete Consultancy services for 11/0.415kV power distribution system and plant controls for Coal Tailings Dewatering Plant at Tata Steel West Bokaro Coal Washery Plant (on behalf of Naresh Kumar & Co. Pvt. Ltd.)
The project included preparation of following drawings and design calculations :
1. Protection and metering SLDs of 11/0.433kV Indoor substation, 415V LV Switchgear, MCC, ACDB, MLDB, ELDB, 220V DCDB, 48V DCDB and Lighting DBs.
2. 11kV Indoor Substation electrical layout, cable trench layout, DSLP layout, Earthing layout, Lighting layout drawings.
3. Cable trench layout, DSLP layout, Earthing layout, Lighting layout drawings along with respective BOQs for each of the Plant buildings and Outdoor plant area.
4. Control schematics, interlocking diagrams, Control schematics of LV motor starters and their interface with PLC.
5. Power and control cable schedule and interconnection diagrams.
6. Plant automation system and PLC.
7. All electrical design calculations and Technical specifications.
8. Bid evaluation and recommendation reports.
9. Vendor drawing review and approval.
10. Supervision of erection, testing and commissioning at site.
11. Attending various meetings at site to review progress of work and submission of progress review reports.
12. Project management services for the Electrical works.
